Lower back pain can be frustrating, especially when it seems to come and go without a clear reason. One day you feel okay. The next day, sitting too long, driving, bending, sleeping wrong, or doing a simple daily task can leave your back feeling irritated again. This course is designed to help you make sense of that. Instead of giving you a random list of stretches or exercises, this course teaches you how to better understand your back, recognize patterns, and make simple adjustments that can help reduce irritation throughout the day
You’ll learn why pain doesn’t always mean damage, why back pain is often influenced by accumulation over time, and why your symptoms may feel worse after certain positions or repeated movements. You’ll also learn how to use positions of respite, identify common sensitivity patterns, and apply practical strategies to everyday situations like sitting, driving, sleeping, and bending. The goal is not to make you afraid of movement or obsessed with perfect posture.
