Most robotics courses teach you how to program a robot. This one teaches you how to build the entire system around it. In the real world, a robot is only one piece of a complete solution. Engineers need to connect that robot to monitoring interfaces, control dashboards, and industrial communication networks. This course is about that — building the full picture.
In this course, you will build two complete ROS 2 applications and connect them to two real-time React dashboards through MQTT — the communication protocol powering the IoT industry. You will simulate an industrial robot in Gazebo, send real-time data to a web interface, and control the robot’s motion directly from the browser.
What you will build:
- A ROS 2 publisher node that sends a sensor data to a React dashboard in real time
- A complete robot simulation in Gazebo with full motion control from a web interface
- Two professional React dashboards built with TypeScript — one for monitoring, one for control
- A Python MQTT bridge that connects your ROS 2 backend to your React frontend
