First, how to build business processes with AI. You’ll learn the five core patterns of modern AI work: Context Engineering, MCP and Connectors, Agent Skills, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI-Native Development. Each is taught with hands-on demos and — importantly — in a vendor-neutral way, so the principles apply whether your team uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
Second, how to lead the people. You’ll practice four proven dialogue frameworks — NVC, OARS, DESC, and GROW — through interactive AI role-plays. You’ll coach five realistic team members through anxiety, skepticism, boundary-setting, and growth, then use Workflow Discovery to find where AI truly fits each person’s work.
