Welcome to the complete Salesforce Agentforce course for beginners and professionals in the Salesforce domain. This course is designed and curated by the youngest Salesforce MVP 2019 in the world, Shrey Sharma, also known as the Salesforce Hulk. He is also the founder and CEO of Cyntexa, a Salesforce Crest Partner, and Founder at S2 Labs.
In the rapidly evolving world where customer expectations and organizational demands are incomplete without AI, you need more than just basic automation skills. You need to integrate intelligent, conversational agents built on the trusted foundation of the Salesforce platform within your strategy. Salesforce Agentforce is the powerful new way to embed conversational AI intelligence directly within Salesforce.
Salesforce Agentforce is enabling agents and customers to engage seamlessly across channels, and this course teaches you how to harness its full potential. We start with the fundamentals of Agentforce on the Salesforce platform, then progress into building your first agent: setup, prompts, flows, and integrations. From there, we explore premium use-cases across industries, deep dive into prompt engineering, deployment process, data library, Mulesoft integration, and continuous improvement. Each section includes live demos, code walkthroughs (Apex + Flow), real-world templates, and downloadable assets.
We will also explore Model Builder and building your own generative and predictive AI models using Agentforce. By the end of this course, you will be able to not only design and build, but also configure AI agents within Salesforce, no matter the industry: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities. And you’ll have the professional credibility to talk about Agentforce and AI with clients, senior stakeholders, and your team.
By enrolling today, you’ll gain the cutting-edge AI skills that position you as an asset in the industry.
Note: You will get the notes for each lecture.
