Launching a product is exciting — but also risky. Most launches fail not because the idea is bad, but because teams skip the one thing that protects them: strong consumer & product research.
This course is designed to give you a clear, practical, end-to-end understanding of how real companies use research to build successful launches. Whether you’re working in FMCG, D2C, marketing, product development, or insights — this course breaks down the frameworks, methods, tools, and decision-making steps you need to create products people actually want.
You’ll learn how to translate business problems into research questions, write sharp research briefs, and choose the right methodology — from concept tests to sensory tests, product tests, U&As, and claims evaluation. You’ll also learn how to read research reports quickly, extract only what matters, and convert insights into actionable decisions. The course is packed with examples from real brand and product scenarios to help you understand how research works in the real world. No fluff. Only frameworks, mental models, and actionable steps you can apply immediately.
By the end of the course, you will confidently partner with R&D, agencies, and cross-functional teams, and make informed go/no-go decisions for your product. If you want to build products that win in the market — this course gives you the foundation.
