Udemy – Patient Flow Playbook – The Source for Happy Patients

Details matter, that’s why we have carefully scripted this outline so that you set the table for an exceptional patient visit. Who knew that simple phrases and statements can boost case acceptance and production? We did! The playbook is built upon the previous modules offered in this series. It’s the reward for the hard work you and your team have done. Everyone knows their role and will have the training needed to execute the “game plan”.

• Step-by-step instructions from the time the patient first makes contact with the practice to the time they leave the practice, eager to refer their family and friends to their new dental home.
• A scheduling plan that not only improves the care teams’ timeliness but the overall productivity of the practice.
• Guidelines for your Patient Services personnel to follow when confirming patients in the schedule, as well as protocols to follow when patients don’t confirm
• Protocols for dealing with patients who are late or even miss their appointments, draining the practice of opportunity. We offer common-sense solutions that train your patients to operate within your practice.
• Protocols for terminating non-compliant or disruptive patients from the practice.

The information in this module has been time tested and proven over decades. Many DSOs operate using these very same protocols. By following this system you will reduce stress, decrease the potential for burnout, and ultimately make your practice more productive and profitable.
