The corporate workplace is not set up for neurodivergent professionals to succeed. We often have so much to give, but because we don’t know how to—or don’t want to—”play the game,” we end up pushed aside, overworked, underutilized, condescended to, and sometimes even fighting just to stay employed.
Take it from an autistic neurodiversity researcher, career coach, and author of the “Neurodivergent Corporate Survival Guide” on Medium: I know, from personal experience, what you’re going through. And I’m here to help!
This course is for skilled, intelligent, capable neurodivergent professionals (ADHD and autism spectrum in particular) who for some reason just cannot get what they deserve out of their careers. Whether you find yourself chronically underemployed, underpaid, misunderstood, passed over for promotion, taking on too much, confused by the workplace politics, or just plain dissatisfied with how much energy you’re putting in and how little you’re getting out, this course is for you.
My professional background is in workplace culture research and the tech industry. I’m a neurodiversity consultant and certified career coach with hundreds of hours of coaching experience. Through my live workshops and career coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of neurodivergent professionals have “aha moments” about what’s going sideways in their careers and how they can reclaim their agency to survive—and even thrive!—in these challenging corporate environments.
I built this course because I receive more requests for 1:1 coaching than I can take on, and after so many years of working through these challenges with clients, I have troves of insights and guidance to share that just aren’t reflected in existing, widely-available resources.
This course requires attention, commitment, and focus. There is a ton of lecture content, but also a ton of self-guided coaching content in the form of a workbook.
You will come away with a much clearer vision of where you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going—armed with a plan and a community that will get you there!
