In this course, you will learn how to build a real AI chatbot automation system using n8n, Chatwoot, Railway, Supabase, and AI tools. Instead of only learning theory, you will create a practical system that can receive messages, process user information, generate AI responses, manage appointment booking, send reminders, and organize conversations inside Chatwoot. You will start by understanding the complete project and setting up the main tools. Then, you will deploy n8n, connect it with Chatwoot, understand incoming message data, and create your first automation workflows.
After that, you will build a real appointment automation system for a clinic-style use case. You will learn how to collect appointment information, store data in Supabase, create reminders, and visualize important results through a dashboard. You will also explore more advanced topics such as multi-channel communication, conversation memory, fallback responses, and final workflow optimization. By the end of the course, you will understand how to connect n8n and Chatwoot to build business-ready chatbot automations that can be adapted for clinics, service businesses, support teams, sales teams, and other real-world scenarios.
