Modern Power Apps Development with Copilot & AI Builder is a practical, no-nonsense course for Power Apps Canvas developers who want to understand what AI can—and cannot—do in real projects. AI is everywhere in the Power Platform, but most content focuses on demos, not reality. In this course, we take a different approach: we stress-test Copilot, expose its limitations, and show where it actually helps.
You’ll learn how to use Copilot to create Dataverse tables, generate Power Fx formulas, and accelerate development—while understanding where you still need to step in as a developer. We’ll introduce a simple but powerful pattern you can apply to every project: human decides, AI accelerates. On the AI Builder side, you’ll build a complete, real-world scenario—from processing receipts to integrating results into a Power Apps form—with human validation in the loop. You’ll also learn how to work with AI models, prompts, and JSON data inside your apps.
This course is designed for developers who already build Canvas Apps with SharePoint or Dataverse and want to use AI in a practical, production-ready way—without diving into machine learning theory.
