Learn Microsoft Power Automate Cloud from the ground up through practical, hands-on examples taught by instructors with more than 20 years of combined professional experience across technology, data, development, automation, and business solutions. This course is designed for beginners who want to understand how Power Automate works and, more importantly, how it can be used to automate real-world business processes. Drawing from our combined professional experience, we’ve designed the course around practical skills and scenarios that translate directly to the workplace.
You’ll start with the fundamentals, including cloud flows, connectors, triggers, actions, dynamic content, variables, expressions, and logic. From there, you’ll put those concepts into practice by building automations with Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Forms. Throughout the course, you’ll work with practical examples and projects such as email automation, notifications, scheduled processes, approvals, employee requests, help desk requests, expense approvals, customer follow-ups, and more.
