Learning & Development teams are expected to create training faster, personalize learning experiences, measure impact, and communicate results clearly. Microsoft Copilot can support this work by helping professionals plan learning programs, draft training materials, organize feedback, and prepare reports more efficiently.
This course focuses on practical Copilot workflows for L&D professionals. You will learn how to use Copilot to support instructional design, create learning assets, improve prompts, analyze training feedback, and prepare stakeholder-ready updates. The goal is not to automate L&D expertise, but to help you work with AI as a structured assistant for everyday training tasks.
You will practice using Copilot across the learning design process: from course outlines and learning objectives to facilitator guides, assessments, storyboards, slide decks, job aids, microlearning content, and reporting. The course also covers responsible AI use, including data privacy, bias awareness, and quality review of AI-generated materials.
