This course provides a comprehensive and practical understanding of Automotive EMI/EMC Testing, designed to help engineers and professionals build strong expertise in compliance and validation. With the rapid growth of electric vehicles, ADAS, and connected automotive systems, electromagnetic compatibility has become critical for ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory approval.
In this course, you will learn EMI and EMC fundamentals, along with detailed coverage of key automotive standards such as CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, and UNECE R10. You will gain hands-on knowledge of conducted and radiated emission testing, immunity testing techniques including bulk current injection (BCI), and transient disturbance testing.
The course also covers practical aspects such as test setup in anechoic chambers, use of equipment like LISN, EMI receivers, antennas, and signal generators, and step-by-step testing procedures. You will learn how to interpret results, identify root causes of failures, and apply effective debugging and mitigation techniques.
