Information may be incomplete, consequences may evolve rapidly, stakeholders demand answers, and leaders must make critical decisions under uncertainty.
This course provides a structured and practical approach to crisis management using the principles and guidance of ISO 22361. You will learn how organizations can anticipate emerging crises, recognize early warning signals, assess escalating situations, establish effective crisis management structures, and prepare a Crisis Management Team (CMT) to operate effectively under pressure.
The course takes you through the complete crisis management lifecycle—from anticipation and preparedness through response, communication, recovery, and continual improvement.
