This course is designed for complete beginners who want to start a career in Manual QA and become confident software testers. No previous IT or testing experience is required. You’ll learn Manual Software Testing from scratch, step by step, with clear explanations and practical examples. We’ll cover key QA topics such as types of testing, bug lifecycle, test documentation, test case design, bug reporting, and more. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge of QA tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.) and understand how real QA processes and workflows function within IT teams.
We also show how software development teams work together, what is expected from a QA specialist in real jobs, and how collaboration happens with developers and product managers. To support your learning, we include ready-made templates for test cases, bug reports, and other types of test documentation, along with a beginner-friendly glossary of QA terms to help you speak and understand the language of testing professionals.
Additionally, you’ll build a basic understanding of essential technical areas like APIs, SQL, how to work with HTTP status codes, and with Console and Network tabs — all explained clearly and simply, just enough to feel confident when you encounter them on the job. You’ll also get practical advice on writing a resume, preparing for interviews, and exploring different types of IT companies—so you can better understand the QA job market and feel more prepared when you’re ready to take your next step.
