The Buteyko Method has been shown to improve a number of breathing related problems including anxiety, asthma, stress, depression, insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, panic, and to increase athletic performance. It increases oxygen delivery throughout the body so expect to see notable improvements to your breathing and health within just a few days of applying the method. This is a series of 5 sessions completed in 4 weeks where you feel like you’re actually in the class with Maria and her students when it was recorded LIVE. You will learn that over breathing can be the cause to many health problems, and in learning Buteyko you will learn how to breathe properly so you can relax the nervous system, lower brain wave activity, and increase oxygen delivery so you can function at your best. The method was developed by Dr. Konstantine Buteyko in 1952 to naturally treat his hypertension. Buteyko is an everyday way of breathing and the exercises provided will improve your health by increasing levels of Carbon Dioxide in the blood. This is key in increasing oxygen delivery.
