Are you interested in reducing time wasters and improving productivity to gain a competitive advantage? Would it be helpful for you to build a culture of strategic prioritisation to push the organisation towards ambitious goals? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this course is for you!
Prioritisation may seem like a straightforward activity. After all, all you need to do is focus on the most important task and pursue it. However, in leadership, prioritisation can be especially challenging since it involves picking the right high-level task and putting all your resources into one decision that will affect the entire organisation. According to a 2023 study by American professional services company Gartner, leaders who don’t develop effective prioritise skills are 1.5 times more likely to feel burned out by the end of the day.
This statistic highlights how a lack of prioritisation can overwhelm business leaders and make them achieve less on a daily basis. The future brings ambiguity and leaders must cut through this noise to figure out the right path for the company and this is exactly where prioritisation skills come into play! By picking and prioritising the right tasks and focusing their energy on specific problems, business leaders can push the entire organisation forward. This course is designed to teach managers and leaders about the various strategic prioritisation strategies and how they can be used to achieve higher business success.
