From there, we dive into the Agile Manifesto, its values and principles, and how they influence decision-making in real-world environments. You will then learn how Agile teams create value through concepts such as customer-centricity, feedback loops, Build-Measure-Learn cycles, validation of assumptions, and continuous learning.
