This course is for people who want to move beyond manual trading and start turning trading ideas into code. You will learn how to connect Python to MetaTrader 5, work with the MT5 API, send trade requests, manage open positions, use indicators, and build complete rule-based trading systems. The course is practical from the beginning. Instead of only talking about trading concepts, you will write Python code and build real examples step by step. You will learn how a trading bot is structured, how trade execution works, how to organize your code with reusable classes, and how to test strategies before using them in live market conditions.
You will also build and backtest different strategy types, including trend following, breakout trading, and mean reversion. Along the way, you will use StrategyTester5 to test ideas, review performance, and understand what worked and what did not. This course does not promise profits or guaranteed results. The focus is on automation, backtesting, clean Python structure, and practical algorithmic trading workflows. By the end, you will understand how to build your own Python MT5 trading bot, test trading logic, and create a stronger foundation for systematic trading.
