This course is your step-by-step guide to creating your very own sneaker project, from the first sketch to a professional tech pack. You’ll learn how to build a moodboard and collect references, sketch your ideas by hand, and bring them to life using Adobe Illustrator. Finally, you’ll prepare a tech pack — the same type of document used by professional brands to communicate with factories.
No advanced experience is required. Whether you are a design student, sneaker enthusiast, or a creative professional looking to add footwear projects to your portfolio, this course will give you the tools and confidence to start designing sneakers right away.
By the end of this course, you will:
- Understand the process of footwear design from concept to tech pack.
- Be able to sketch sneakers by hand with correct proportions.
- Vectorize your designs in Adobe Illustrator (upper and outsole).
- Build a professional tech pack to showcase your work or communicate with manufacturers.
This is a hands-on course. Each step is practical, so you will finish with a complete sneaker project you can proudly present in your portfolio.
