In this hands-on course, you will learn how to build a complete Pizza Ordering System using n8n, WhatsApp, Artificial Intelligence, and Google Sheets. This practical project-based course is designed for beginners and professionals who want to automate customer interactions and create real-world business solutions without writing complex code.
You will start by setting up your n8n workflow and connecting it to WhatsApp, enabling customers to interact with your pizza ordering bot directly from their phones. Next, you will learn how to use AI Agents to create intelligent conversations that can greet customers, answer questions, display menu items, collect customer information, and guide users through the ordering process.
The course also demonstrates how to integrate Google Sheets as a lightweight database. You will learn how to store pizza menu items in Google Sheets, retrieve them dynamically during conversations, and automatically save customer orders for future processing and order management.
