Claude for Work is built for non-technical professionals — office workers, admins, teachers, and small business owners — who want practical AI skills without the jargon. Starting from absolute zero, you’ll set up your free account, learn one simple prompting framework you’ll reuse forever, and then apply it to real work: writing better emails in minutes, uploading entire documents and getting answers in seconds, turning messy meeting notes into action items, getting spreadsheet help in plain English, and organizing long-term work with Projects.
Claude is especially strong where office work actually lives: long documents, careful writing, and following detailed instructions. Every lesson is a short, do-along demo using realistic office tasks — no coding, no theory lectures, no hype. You’ll also learn how to use AI safely: spotting its mistakes, protecting private information, and always staying in charge.
By the end, you won’t just “know about” AI — you’ll have a personal weekly routine that saves you real hours, a capstone project built from your actual job, and a Projects setup that remembers how you like things done. If you can use email, you can do this course.
