Use Claude to plan, schedule, report, and communicate faster — while your PM tools handle tracking and you own the project. Project managers spend their days planning, coordinating, and communicating — work breakdown structures, schedules, risk logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates. Claude can take a large share of that thinking-and-writing load off your plate, compressing a task like a status report from forty-five minutes to under ten. This course shows project managers how to use Claude across the project lifecycle, while your PM tools keep handling tracking and you keep owning the project.
You’ll set up Claude with Projects to hold your project context, learn to prompt it for project work, and get clear on what stays human: ownership, judgment, and accountability for delivery. Then you’ll put it to work on planning — scoping and work breakdown structures, schedules and estimates, risk identification, and resource and task planning.
On execution and communication you’ll use Claude for status reports, meeting prep and minutes with action items, stakeholder communication, and change and issue logs. The final part shows how Claude fits alongside tools like Asana, Jira, and Notion, how to build reusable reporting workflows, and how to handle data and accuracy responsibly — with a capstone that runs a project end to end.
