Claude Code is Anthropic’s AI coding agent. It runs on your own computer, reads your files, writes code, runs it, fixes its own mistakes and saves the result. Professional developers use it to build faster. In this course you learn to use it from zero.
This is not a theory course. You build four real projects with me, on screen, prompt by prompt:
- 1. A to-do app that runs in your terminal: your first program, in about twelve minutes.
- 2. Your personal portfolio website, published live on the internet for free.
- 3. A habit tracker web app with a database, tests and a GitHub repository.
- 4. An automation that organizes your files and runs on a schedule by itself.
Along the way you learn the skills that separate people who tried AI once from people who ship: how to write prompts Claude Code understands, plan mode and permissions, how to undo anything safely, project instruction files that teach Claude the rules of your project, managing context so long sessions stay sharp, tests, debugging from error messages, code review, and the power features: custom commands, subagents, hooks, MCP servers and headless mode. You also learn how to keep your costs low and what an AI should never do unsupervised.
