The CCAO-F exam does not test what most courses teach. There is no recall section. Nobody asks you to name a feature. All 60 questions drop you into a situation — a consultant with a fabricated figure in a client deck, a Skill somebody wants enabled, a report that used to work and now doesn’t — and ask what you would actually do. You have 120 minutes and you need 720 out of 1000. So this course is built the way the exam is built.
Weighted to the published blueprint, not spread evenly. Output Evaluation and Validation is 21% of the exam, the heaviest domain by a clear margin, so it is the largest section here at six lectures. Governance is 15% and Workflow Integration is 16%; together they outweigh prompting and model selection combined, and they get the runtime to match. Troubleshooting is only 10%, and it is the domain candidates skip: six questions, short frameworks, and one of the best returns available anywhere on the paper.
Motion-first, with no bullet slides anywhere. Every one of the 35 lectures is built from animated scenes — camera-panned architecture, decision trees that draw themselves, live prompt demos where you watch a weak prompt fail and the repaired version land. Nobody reads a slide deck at you.
