Want to build your first Windows desktop application with C# but don’t know where to start? In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll create a complete Windows Forms app from scratch in about an hour. We’ll build a simple but practical desktop list manager while learning the core fundamentals of C# WinForms. You’ll see how real desktop apps are structured and how user interfaces, buttons, and events work together in a clear, easy-to-follow way.
This course is designed for absolute beginners. I explain everything step-by-step while we build the project together, so you can follow along even if you’ve never created a desktop app before. We’ll focus on clear explanations, simple code, and real results so you can build confidence quickly and understand how everything connects.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a working application that can add, edit, remove, save, and load items — and you’ll understand the basics of Windows Forms development. You’ll also gain a strong starting point for creating your own desktop tools, productivity apps, or small personal projects using C# and .NET.
If you’re learning C# and want a quick, hands-on project to get started with desktop apps, this is the perfect place to begin and continue building your skills.
