If you are looking for an objective, unbiased introduction to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, then this is the course for you! Why should you take this course? Well, if you haven’t noticed, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a highly controversial topic, and it can be difficult to uncover the truth.
Some people say cryptocurrency and blockchain technology could be the greatest invention since the internet, and other people say it is a total scheme. One minute someone is trying to sell you their favorite cryptocurrency, and the next minute you hear a news story about how some cryptocurrency hack caused people to loose millions. Why is there so much hype and misinformation about blockchain technology, and how do you separate opinions from the FACTS that you need to know?
That’s where this course comes in. This course is designed to provide a fair and impartial introduction to blockchain technology by describing the most important concepts you need to know. I worked for several years with a large financial services firm in the US as both a traditional stockbroker and as a digital asset (cryptocurrency) representative. Having worked in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency, I’ve seen both the capabilities and limitations of blockchain technology, and I’d like to use my experience to provide you with an easy to understand, beginner’s introduction to cryptocurrency. What can you expect to learn in the course?
