Almost every AWS course teaches you to log in as root in one account and start clicking. Then you get a real job — and none of it looks like that. This course teaches what Day 2 actually is: the work that happens AFTER you build something. Real troubleshooting. Real incidents. The operating rhythm of daily standups, weekly patching, monthly cost reviews, and quarterly DR drills that structure the job.
Two layers, taught together:
THE HUMAN LAYER — How you actually log in at work (IAM Identity Center + SSO with scoped roles). Where you sit in the org. What a day, week, month, and half-year look like on a cloud operations team. This is the differentiator — everyone teaches services; almost nobody teaches the rhythm of the job.
THE TECHNICAL LAYER — 15 hands-on troubleshooting labs, each framed as a ticket for NorthBank, a fictional bank migrating to AWS. From “the site is down (503)” to “the bill jumped 40%” to “the app can’t reach the database.” You’ll diagnose, fix, verify, and write the post-incident review.
