This comprehensive course empowers you to build and manage a cloud-based contact center using Amazon Connect. You will gain hands-on experience creating a fully configured instance to handle both voice and chat channels, and providing your business with call-in numbers, self-service chatbots, and agent queues. Beyond initial setup, you will master the administration of a contact center, including managing users, routing profiles, queues, and operational hours. The curriculum is structured to take you from foundational concepts like Connect’s architecture to advanced, real-world application.
A key focus of this training is teaching integration patterns for seamless connectivity with external Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, such as Salesforce, using tools like AppFlow and Customer Profiles. Additionally, you will learn to enhance contact center functionality and intelligent routing by leveraging AWS services like Amazon Lex for building conversational interfaces, Amazon Lambda for custom logic, and Amazon Q for generative AI capabilities. The course also covers implementing voice integration with Amazon Polly and powerful analytics with Contact Lens, which uses AI to transcribe calls and analyze conversations using Comprehend.
By the end of the course, you will be proficient in creating and customizing sophisticated contact flows, integrating external data sources with DynamoDB, and ensuring compliance, preparing you to administer a professional and highly functional contact center that meets any business’s needs.
