Job-search automation becomes dangerous when it acts before you can verify what it believes about you. This course shows you how to build a local-first, file-backed operating pipeline that supports the repetitive work while keeping every consequential decision in human hands.
You will work with the open-source career-ops reference project and a fully synthetic candidate environment. Step by step, you will install and verify a pinned release, define a source-backed strategy, structure a canonical CV, discover and validate roles, evaluate fit, prepare truthful derivative assets, prefill a local mock application, track outcomes, and create draft-only research and outreach material.
The emphasis is operational discipline rather than mass application. You will learn to distinguish fit from posting legitimacy and work authorization, preserve evidence for every candidate claim, diagnose failed scans and browser dependencies, and prove that the command-line, terminal dashboard, and local web interface use the same file-backed state. Every demonstration stops before Submit, Apply, Send, or any other external action.
