This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. Business AI agents are no longer a research curiosity – they’re becoming a normal part of how businesses run support queues, sales pipelines, HR onboarding, and monthly reporting. This course teaches you how to design, configure, test, and deploy real AI agents using Claude and ChatGPT, without writing a single line of code.
You’ll start with the fundamentals: what actually separates an AI agent from a chatbot, how to write instructions that hold up under real-world messiness, and how to set up your first working environment in Claude. From there, you’ll move straight into hands-on builds – a customer support agent that never invents a tracking number, a research and reporting agent, an HR onboarding assistant grounded in your own company documents, and department-specific case studies covering sales, finance, and operations.
By the end, you won’t just understand AI agent theory – you’ll have built and tested multiple working agents, learned how to catch and fix unreliable prompts using real business data, and worked through a capstone project where you design a complete AI agent playbook for your own department. You’ll also leave with a governance checklist, a reusable prompt library, and a 90-day implementation roadmap you can hand straight to your team.
