Udemy – Advanced Risk Management – 8 PDUs for PMP Renewal

This highly compressed, 8 PDU course is specifically designed for experienced Project Managers (PMPs, PgMPs, PMI-RMPs) who need to master the Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and Agile Risk techniques demanded by complex, high-stakes projects. Stop guessing at contingency reserves and start forecasting cost and schedule impacts with statistical confidence.

Upon completion, you will be able to perform and interpret the most advanced risk techniques, including:

• Monte Carlo Simulation: Confidently model project outcomes to determine realistic cost and schedule contingency reserves.
• Expected Monetary Value (EMV): Calculate the monetary value of risk scenarios and use Decision Trees for complex decision-making under uncertainty.
• Sensitivity Analysis (Tornado Diagrams): Visually determine which risks have the greatest impact on your project’s objectives.
• Strategic Risk Integration: Align project risk with your organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Risk in Agile & Adaptive Projects: Learn iterative risk handling, use a Risk-Adjusted Backlog, and utilize Risk Burndown Metrics.
• Advanced Identification Tools: Apply modern techniques like SWOT, PESTLE, and VUCA to proactively identify threats and opportunities.

This course provides 8 Professional Development Units (PDUs), which are fully aligned with the latest PMI Talent Triangle® requirements for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-RMP renewal.

• PDU Claiming: A step-by-step guide is included to help you easily claim your 8 PDUs.
• Highly Compressed Curriculum: The content is laser-focused and delivered efficiently to maximize your learning without wasting your time.
