Move beyond session-based reporting and master the future of omnichannel analysis with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). As the digital landscape evolves, businesses are no longer satisfied with just web or app data in isolation. They need a unified view of the customer. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is the next-generation engine built on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that allows you to stitch together data from online and offline channels to visualize the entire customer lifecycle.
This course is a comprehensive deep dive into the architecture, administration, and analysis capabilities of CJA. Whether you are an experienced Adobe Analytics user transitioning to CJA or a Data Architect building a new implementation, this curriculum provides the exact skills you need.
In this course, you will master:
- The Architecture: Understand how CJA sits on top of the Adobe Experience Platform and how it fundamentally differs from traditional Adobe Analytics.
- Data Ingestion & Stitching: Learn how to create Connections to ingest data and utilize Identity Stitching to merge visitor profiles across devices and channels (e.g., Call Center + Web + App).
- Data Views & Derived Fields: Stop relying on IT for every data change. Learn to curate data using Data Views and build complex Derived Fields on the fly to clean and format data without re-engineering.
- Analysis Workspace for CJA: Explore unique metrics and dimensions, build People-Based Analyses, and use the Experimentation Panel for A/B test analysis.
- Product Analytics (Guided Analysis): Dive into specific product workflows to measure User Retention, Funnels, and Impact analysis to drive product growth.
- Activation: Learn how to publish audiences directly from CJA for real-time marketing activation.
By the end of this course, you will be able to architect, administer, and analyze complex customer journeys, turning fragmented data into a cohesive narrative that drives business growth.
