This course is designed to help you master AutoCAD 2D floor plan drafting through real-world residential house plans. Instead of teaching random commands, this course focuses on practical application, where you will learn by creating complete floor plans from scratch. You will draft 30 different AutoCAD 2D floor plans, starting from simple layouts and gradually moving toward more professional and realistic residential plans. Each plan is explained step by step, so you understand what to draw, how to draw it, and why it is done that way.
This course follows the same workflow used by civil engineers and draftsmen in real projects, including wall thickness planning, room layout logic, door and window placement, dimensions, text, layers, and hatching. You will also learn how to plot drawings correctly and export scale-accurate PDF files suitable for printing, submission, or site use. Even if you are a complete beginner, this course will guide you smoothly from the basics to an intermediate professional level. By repeatedly drafting full plans, you will naturally memorize commands, improve speed, and gain confidence in AutoCAD.
This course is ideal for students who want job-oriented AutoCAD skills, not just software knowledge.
