Design your entire 2026 business plan in one implementation-first course: CEO vision, offer strategy, calendar, and execution system, so you’re not reinventing your business every month. Have you ever set big goals in January, then watched them quietly drift away by March while your calendar fills with random launches, client work, and chaos? This course is built for online business owners who are ready to replace vague goals with a simple and realistic operating system that you can follow all year. This is not another motivational vision-board class. This is a working session in course form.
Inside, you’ll follow Doug Boughton’s 3-part annual planning framework:
Session 1: Know Your Numbers – Think Like A CEO
Understand your starting point so you can create a vision for the year ahead based on actual data. You will know where you are now, what is working, what is not working, how did you win in the previous year, and leverage this information to make decisions to step into alignment of what you want most in your life and business.
Session 2: Design Your Year Ahead – Plan Like A CEO
Clarify your 2026 vision, values, and non-negotiables, review what worked in 2025, simplify your offer inventory, and map a capacity-based money plan so your targets are aligned with your actual time, energy, and lifestyle.
Session 2: The Calm Clarity Calendar – Act Like A CEO
Turn scattered launches and random ideas into a clean 12-month roadmap. You’ll outline your growth strategy, choose your core marketing events, and place them on a realistic annual calendar supported by simple systems instead of hustle.
Session 3: Executive Execution Engine – Execute Like A CEO
Translate your big goals into concrete action: a Q1 plan, monthly milestones, a weekly scorecard, and a lightweight daily tracking rhythm. This gives you a clear way to review, reset, and stay oriented throughout the year.
You also get plug-and-play planning templates and tracking dashboards for marketing, sales, finances, and operations, along with worksheets for capacity, offers, and goals. By the end, you’ll have one integrated planning system you can reuse every year to stay organized, make decisions like a CEO, and move through 2026 with far more clarity and intention.
