Tony Jeffries – Master Boxing Course

• If you’re putting in the work but not improving as fast as you want to and are looking for a breakthrough, you’re not alone.
• Learning how to box can be one of the most fun and rewarding things you’ll ever do!
• But as you probably already know, it can also one of the most challenging and frustrating. It’s bloody hard because there are so many things you have to learn.
• How to stand. How to move ya feet. How to throw a jab. How to throw a hook. Defense. Breathing. Punching through the target. Rotating through your hips. How to keep the right distance. Timing.
• The list goes on and on…
• And on top of this, when you go to the gym to learn to box, you’re often in a class/session with multiple people, and only one coach.
• The coach will show you the basics, but he or she also has a bunch of other people who he needs to help.
• This is why it’s so easy to slip into bad habits that are hard, (and frustrating) to break.
• They say, “Practice makes perfect” but I say that only, “Perfect practice makes perfect” and that’s why I’m so excited about this course.
• I’ve taken all the knowledge and insights that I’ve discovered from my 17+ years of competitive boxing and coaching experience to teach you how to train the right way.
• I’ll show you how to put all the pieces together and truly master the art of boxing.
