SuperhiveMarket – Blender: Sketching In 2D Style

This course is designed for artists who want to explore ideas quickly without getting stuck in clean topology, final renders, or heavy detailing. You’ll learn how to build simple 3D block-outs and use Grease Pencil to draw directly on top of them, achieving a hand-drawn, graphic look while benefiting from correct proportions, camera control, and spatial depth.

The workflow is ideal for robot and mech design, allowing you to sketch mechanical forms from multiple angles, iterate faster, and explore silhouettes and shapes with confidence. The focus is on clarity, speed, and design thinking rather than polished production assets.

Throughout the course, you’ll cover:

• Simple block-out techniques for robot forms
• Essential modeling tools for sketch-based workflows
• Grease Pencil techniques for clean, stylized 2D sketches
• A repeatable process for rapid concept exploration in 3D
