A unique film demonstrating the workings of light through practical demonstrations and 3D visualizations. An unconventional take on studio work with a deep level of immersion in understanding light. Experience from a professional, worth thousands of hours of practice. Each definition is shown in practice, and what cannot be shown physically in practice we drew in 3D. There is no explanation “on your fingers” or with a marker on the board. This course is simply impossible not to understand. Nobody explains this topic in such detail because it is not in physics textbooks or anywhere else. All the lighting training that exists is about workshops or stories about circuits that do not bring you any closer to understanding how studio lighting works. This is experience that is passed on from professionals. To understand this topic, I have filmed thousands of hours of practice.
