Applying online is a tough way to land a job, in today’s market. The data shows us that fewer than 2% of candidates who apply online actually get in the door for an interview. So what should you do instead? In this course, Austin Belcak walks you through the steps you can take to generate a steady pipeline of interviews at your target companies — without submitting a single online application! Austin shows you a new approach to job searching that focuses on generating referrals, instead of applying online. He explains ways you can apply this approach directly on LinkedIn, as well. This approach allows you to have more control over landing a job at one of the companies that you really want to work for, and it improves your chances of landing interviews and offers at those companies, without the endless online applications!
