Linkedin – Blended Learning with AI: Designing Smarter Learning Experiences

The way organizations approach blended learning is changing. AI can handle content delivery, practice scenarios, and feedback at scale—but only when it’s built into the design intentionally.

In this course, Karl Kapp guides you through a structured blueprint for designing blended learning experiences powered by generative AI. Explore how to audit current programs, map the learner journey across modalities, and assign tasks strategically to humans and AI based on what each does best. Karl covers how to build practice into every phase of instruction, create reinforcement plans that make learning stick, navigate stakeholder relationships, and design measurement frameworks that tie training outcomes to business results.
