AI is reshaping how insurance is priced, underwritten, serviced, and settled. If you’re a professional working in insurance, you need a practical way to figure out how this technology fits into your own work. This course walks you through a hands-on framework for putting AI to work in insurance roles, without chasing every new tool. Explore modern AI capabilities and the three structural shifts changing the industry: from hindsight to foresight, manual to automated operations, and administrative work to augmented expertise.
Learn how to unbundle your role into individual tasks, rate each task by value and ability, and prioritize the highest-impact AI use cases. And then discover how to match those use cases to the right technology across three tiers: tools you already own, frontier models like ChatGPT and Claude, and specialized insurance vendors. By the end of the course, you’ll have a repeatable method for turning AI opportunity into action.
