Familiarity with Digital Collaboration Tools Prior experience using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace) is beneficial but not mandatory. The course will introduce these tools, so beginners can still follow along. Self-Motivation and Time Management Since the course covers remote work and hybrid models, participants should be ready to practice time management and self-discipline during their learning journey. Open Mindset A willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new strategies in diverse work environments is crucial. This course will introduce flexible work concepts that may require shifting traditional mindsets. Basic Understanding of Workplace Dynamics (Optional) A general understanding of workplace structures, team collaboration, and project management will be helpful, but this is not required for successful course completion. While prior experience in a hybrid or remote work setting is not necessary, participants who have worked in these environments will have the advantage of directly relating course content to their professional experience.
