Learn how to mitigate the most common risks of failure and create mobile apps driven by business needs and goals in 2023
This course is a practical approach to learning how to recognize the most common mistakes during mobile app SDLC, and how to mitigate them to create a successful mobile app. Over eight years, and after creating 36 applications, we recognized patterns throughout the SDLC process, repeating in different environments, whether it was B2B, B2C, B2G, or a combination of any of those. The primary and most common mistake, which we realized is the root cause for over 80% of problems that occur during SDLC, comes from inappropriate requirements management and the idea of what an app should be and for what purpose it was developed. We isolated the main problems during each project we have had and created this course to help individuals and companies stay within the budget, and scope, and deliver the desired solutions to their customers and clients.
