Want a quick and easy way to turn your photos into oil, watercolor, pastel, or pencil sketch works of art?
I know we’ve been hearing about AI for a while now. Some have fully embraced it while others are seriously against it. No matter your feelings on the topic of AI, many photographers enjoy turning their images into pieces of art that have a painterly feel, or want to add texture to a background. This process, even though it’s simple, can have endless possibilities for creative expression. You can approach this with minimal impact on the original image or a complete overhaul. It’s entirely up to you.
I’ll walk you through the steps to create anything you envision with this simple process.
You’re going to learn:
- How to download the software needed
- How to incorporate it into your current Lightroom to Photoshop Workflow if that’s what you’re used to with all of your other images.
- The Simplest method to use this feature to create painterly looks on your images
- How to set up actions to speed up your choices and workflow within Adobe Photoshop.
- How to solve issues that may arise during the process
- How to use Masks to bring back details that the painterly look may obscure
You’ll have an easier time with this technique if you have some basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Layers.
