This course will help any student from any grade to learn and/or review the basic concepts of algebra. If your kid need help to get good grades in Mathematics, try this course first before any other.Parents will have a confidence that this course, is the right starting point to eliminate the very basic problems found while their loved ones learn Mathematics, or even a college student that needs to review basic concepts.Practice is the key to succeed in Mathematics, repeat the exercises in the videos, use pencil and paper. Have a good learning process !P.S.:People may struggle with basic algebra for various reasons, and these reasons can vary from person to person. Here are some common factors that contribute to difficulties in learning basic algebra:Weak Foundation in Arithmetic: Algebra builds on arithmetic skills, and individuals who struggle with basic arithmetic operations (such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) may find it challenging to grasp algebraic concepts.Lack of Understanding of Concepts: Algebra involves abstract thinking and the manipulation of symbols. Some individuals may struggle with understanding the underlying concepts, such as variables, equations, and expressions.Fear of Math: Negative attitudes or fear towards mathematics can hinder learning. Anxiety about making mistakes or not understanding concepts can create a mental barrier that makes it difficult for individuals to engage with and learn algebra.Ineffective Teaching Methods: The way algebra is taught can significantly impact a person’s understanding. If the teaching methods are not clear, or if there is a mismatch between the teaching style and the student’s learning style, it can lead to confusion.
Lack of Practice: Algebra requires practice to reinforce concepts and develop problem-solving skills. Students who do not practice regularly may struggle to apply algebraic principles to solve problems.Difficulty in Abstract Thinking: Algebra introduces abstract thinking, where students need to work with variables and symbols instead of concrete numbers. Some individuals may find it challenging to make the mental shift from concrete to abstract thinking.Missing Prerequisite Skills: Understanding algebra often requires a foundation in other mathematical concepts. If a student lacks proficiency in pre-algebra skills, it can impede their progress in learning algebra.Cognitive Development: Different individuals develop cognitive abilities at different rates. Some students may need more time to develop the cognitive skills necessary for algebraic reasoning.Lack of Motivation: If students do not see the relevance or importance of algebra in their lives, they may lack motivation to engage with the material, leading to a lack of effort and understanding.Learning Disabilities: Some individuals may have learning disabilities that affect their ability to grasp mathematical concepts. Conditions like dyscalculia can make it particularly challenging for individuals to understand and work with numbers.
