Description
- Take control of your editing workflow with ShotNotes—the ultimate note-taking and task management extension built specifically for Adobe Premiere Pro. Professional video editing involves more than cutting clips and adding effects. Editors constantly juggle client feedback, revision requests, creative ideas, production notes, and project tasks. ShotNotes brings all of this information directly into your Premiere Pro workspace, eliminating the need for scattered documents, spreadsheets, emails, and messaging apps.
- Designed for editors, post-production teams, content creators, and agencies, ShotNotes allows you to create detailed notes that are linked directly to timeline timecodes. Simply click a note and instantly jump to the exact frame where feedback or revisions are needed. This seamless connection between notes and timeline positions helps speed up review cycles and reduces communication errors.
- ShotNotes also integrates with Premiere Pro markers, allowing users to create, sync, and manage timeline markers alongside their notes. Whether you’re tracking client comments, identifying VFX shots, organizing interviews, or planning revisions, everything stays connected to your edit.
- Beyond note-taking, ShotNotes includes built-in task management features that help editors stay organized throughout production. Create tasks, monitor progress, set timers, and track work sessions without leaving Premiere Pro. This makes it easier to manage deadlines, estimate workloads, and maintain productivity during complex projects.
- Need to reference external resources? ShotNotes supports clickable links, making it easy to connect notes with cloud documents, review files, reference materials, project briefs, or online assets. Powerful search and filtering tools help users quickly locate specific notes, markers, or tasks, even in large projects with hundreds of entries.
- For teams and production managers, ShotNotes offers export options that generate structured reports in CSV and JSON formats. This makes sharing feedback, archiving project information, and integrating notes into existing workflows simple and efficient.
- Compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 and later on both Windows and macOS, ShotNotes is designed to fit naturally into professional editing environments while maintaining a clean and intuitive interface.
