This is not just some course, but one that speaks wholeheartedly to improving players. Grandmaster Alexander Yermolinsky’s classic oeuvre will change your chess forever, if you’re willing to take the thorned path. The Road to Chess Improvement is not a game collection where the author boasts his attacking prowess or refined positional understanding. Quite the opposite. It is an honest selection of games plagued with painful defeats and a critical analysis of his thinking process. Why?
Yermo believes above all in the power of studying your games to learn from your mistakes. His criticism towards his own play may seem harsh but was key in his rise to the world top-30 during the 90’s and his path in becoming an American chess legend. What makes this course so special is that Yermo himself presents more than 40 hours of video integrated with the MoveTrainer®. His radiant personality adds up to an unmissable experience, now available from the comfort of your couch!
Along the way he discusses matters that aggravate chess players of all strengths both technically and psychologically. His expositions result in a priceless outlook into a strong player approach to the game.
