AloMoves – Psychic Sleep with Sri Dharma Mittra

Instructor : Sri Dharma Mittra
Psychic Sleep, also known as Yoga Nidra, is a conscious sleep where the physical body falls into the deepest state of relaxation while the mind remains fully conscious. Psychic Sleep boasts all of the benefits of deep, restful sleep – you will feel physically and mentally recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed. But unlike natural sleep where your mind is not awake, Yoga Nidra offers inner exploration. Each lesson in this series begins by “shutting down” one part of the body at a time, allowing you to gather all of your focus and attention inwards towards the Real Self.
