In this phase of The Deal Flip Formula you’ll understand exactly what needs to be in your contracts and exactly how to find comps to value the property correctly. With this knowledge you can rest assured that your deals will be profitable and easy to close.

• Find Land Sellers and Agree On Terms
Terms, in real estate, and gold! If you don’t know what terms you need to get in your contracts, you are destined to be another failed wanna be investor! Once you get through this phase you’ll understand exactly what to ask for, what you can negotiate away, and what you MUST have to put together a profitable deal.
