The $18K Upsell – ACQ Scale Advisory is designed to help established business owners grow fast using proven acquisition and scaling strategies. Unlike most online programs that focus on beginner marketing or startup basics, this course is built for experienced entrepreneurs who already have a running business and want to achieve major jumps in revenue and company value.
Hormozi provides a step-by-step roadmap to uncover growth bottlenecks, position your business for acquisition opportunities, and use advisory frameworks to build lasting profitability. The program blends big-picture strategy with practical, real-world methods tested in successful, high-revenue companies.
Before diving into the workshop itself, it’s important to understand the person behind it. Alex Hormozi isn’t just a business coach—he’s a builder who has successfully grown several companies to multi-million-dollar valuations. His background includes:
- Founder of Gym Launch, which scaled thousands of gyms into profitability.
- Creator of Acquisition.com, the holding company where he invests and mentors businesses doing over $3M per year.
- Author of two bestselling business books: $100M Offers and $100M Leads.
- A respected thought leader who shares high-value content through social media, podcasts, and YouTube.
Unlike many business gurus, Hormozi built his reputation through proven results and scalable acquisition systems rather than motivational fluff. The ACQ Workshop reflects his commitment to practical, hands-on frameworks entrepreneurs can implement immediately.
At its core, the ACQ Workshop is Alex Hormozi’s structured program to help entrepreneurs and business leaders master acquisition. “ACQ” stands for acquisition—the lifeblood of growth. Acquisition is not just about advertising; it’s about the entire process of consistently generating leads, converting them into paying customers, and retaining them for long-term value.
The ACQ Workshop is designed around three key elements:
- Acquisition Strategy Blueprint – A clear plan for identifying profitable customer channels.
- Offer Creation – How to design irresistible products or services that compel people to buy.
- Scaling Systems – Frameworks for taking what works and expanding it rapidly without burning out cash or resources.
Participants walk away with something far more valuable than motivational ideas—they leave with tested frameworks they can immediately apply in their own businesses.
